Data deletion

Overview

You can delete the data Krezzo holds about you at any time. This page explains the two ways to do it: directly inside the app, or by emailing us. If you connected your Facebook or Meta account to Krezzo, removing the app from your Facebook account will also automatically wipe the Meta data we stored.

Option 1 — In the app

  1. Sign in to your Krezzo account at krezzo.xyz/login.
  2. Open Settings → Meta connection.
  3. Click Disconnect Meta to revoke our access and delete the stored access token.
  4. To delete your entire Krezzo account and all associated data (campaigns, generated creatives, copy, billing history), email us using Option 2 below.

Option 2 — Email request

Send an email to the address below from the address registered with your Krezzo account. Include the subject line “Data deletion request”. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Option 3 — Remove Krezzo from Facebook

If you only want to remove the Meta data we obtained through Facebook (your access token and Facebook user ID), you can revoke Krezzo's access from inside Facebook itself. When you do, Facebook automatically notifies Krezzo and we wipe the corresponding Meta data on our side within minutes.

  1. Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings.
  2. Go to Apps and websites.
  3. Find Krezzo in the list and click Remove.

What gets deleted

When you request deletion, we remove:

  • Your Krezzo account record (name, email, hashed password).
  • Your stored Meta access token and Facebook user ID.
  • All campaigns, ad creatives, generated images, generated videos, and generated copy stored in your account.
  • All saved products and uploaded product images in Supabase Storage.
  • Your conversation history with the AI agent.

We retain billing records (invoices, payment history) where required by tax law for up to 7 years. These records contain only the information needed for accounting and are never used for any other purpose.

Effect on your Meta ad account

Deleting your Krezzo data does not delete or modify any campaigns, ads, or assets in your Meta ad account. Those live entirely inside Facebook and remain under your control. Krezzo only revokes its own access.

Confirmation

For email-based requests, we'll reply with a confirmation once deletion is complete. For Facebook-initiated removals, you can verify the status by visiting this page with the confirmation code Facebook provided you (e.g. /data-deletion?id=…).
